Stability in any economy is critical to bringing abundance and prosperity in any state or country. Because when the economy is stable, products and services are sold regularly, businesses in such an environment grow and prosper.
When businesses do well, more jobs are created. As more jobs are created, more money is available to go around. More money means more affluence and so on. When it comes to the economy, more spending is always good. Of course this does not apply to individuals. For the individual, spending less is better, but since we are talking about the economy here, let's stay focused on what's good for the economy as a whole.
So in order for money to be spent, of course more opportunities to make money have to be created. MLM or Network Marketing companies have created and continue to create opportunities for people to make extra money. Many of these people have gone on to become millionaires and have extremely profitable independent small businesses.
In today's world of big corporations where small businesses are becoming a rare breed, MLM creates thousands and thousands of independent small businesses that can be of enormous benefit to the economy. Why? Because small businesses can keep the economy moving and keep it stable.
Large corporations bring jobs but they also kill small business. Most of the time, small businesses cannot compete with the big corporations. Also, when these big guys fall, a lot of people get hurt as a result of layoffs.
I am not saying big business is bad for the economy; there are of course many benefits to having large companies like lower prices, higher and a more consistent quality of goods. But what is always needed is a balance between the number of big businesses and small businesses.
Independent MLM businesses can take the place of traditional small businesses. It is difficult for big corporations to drive these MLM businesses out of business. One reason for that is that these independent MLM businesses have very little overhead, they can be operated on a shoestring budget. Also they can be done on a part-time basis while Network Marketers keep their jobs. Network Marketers mostly don't realize that they are actually helping the economy become more stable. They are generating an independent source of income that is not tied to their jobs.
In an unfortunate event, if they lose their job for whatever reason, they have an independent source of income that can sustain them. This brings stability to the economy where more people are consistently spending money to keep the economy moving forward. Also, a Home Based MLM Business can significantly supplement one's income, which can create more spending.
Please note that here I am not talking about pyramid schemes and other money games that are illegal and unethical. I am referring to legitimate opportunities offered by MLM companies who offer competitive prices and high quality products. These are the companies that can make a difference. You simply buy your products from them instead of a regular store, without spending any more money than you would normally spend. You market their products and the business opportunity, and for that you get paid as an independent business owner.
Small businesses are the lifeblood of any economy. With big businesses taking over the business arena, independent MLM Home Based Businesses can and are taking the place of traditional small businesses that are being driven out of existence by big corporations.
So join a quality MLM company and build a business, and know that you are not only helping yourself but you are doing the best thing you can do for the economy.

Have you tried to promote your business on social networking sites like Myspace?
I've put in quite a few hours there and was more or less happy with it until I noticed that some of the links on my profile were no longer working. Instead of going to where I pointed them, they were going to the Myspace home page.
What?
I'd been looking for a good social networking site that was friendly, easy to use, and fast. Social networking sites are springing up like weeds these days and I joined and tried about 20 or so to see if they provided what I wanted.
I wasn't happy until I found Apsense.
It has all the standard features, including your profile, blogging, groups you can join or create, advertising, and so forth.
Apsense offers something that I really like, and that's a free, customizable business center. You can describe your business, advertise products and services, promote affiliate programs and business opportunities, and link to resources you want to recommend.
And, of course, you can use your affiliate links.
Additionally, the visitors to your business center can use the contact form to send you messages, leave testimonials, and fill out the lead capture form to subscribe to your newsletter.
These parts of the business center are optional and you must take some time to create the content and publish it before your business center will go live.
It took me a couple of hours to put up an acceptable business center (hey, it's a start!), create several groups, and start meeting new people.
I learned after I'd joined that Apsense has an affiliate program and there is supposed to be an announcement today (September 10, 2007) to describe the details. That was unexpected, but certainly of interest to me.
I don't know the details, but I'm looking forward to learning what they are.
In the meantime, even if the affiliate program doesn't interest me, I am very happy with the other services Apsense offers, and you just can't beat the price!

Surprisingly, for some of the key phrases I target in my marketing, some of my blog postings are ranking higher than they are on Myspace and even Squidoo. That's unexpected, and a very good sign, since I've only been blogging on Apsense for about a week.
We all know that networking sites may or may not suit your needs and personality. That's one reason why people love one site and can't stand another.
Apsense fits my needs very well. You can try it out and see for yourself how you like it. It's free, and you are not artificially limited in what you can do as you are on other sites.
The days of keyword stuffing, single phrase optimization and concentrating only on incoming links to gain traffic are slowly being phased out as a more holistic approach to judging website content comes online. This new concept has many webmasters hopping, and it should. Latent semantic indexing is quickly becoming the wave of now.
Latent semantic indexing, is a Google driven creation that's meant to better gauge the content of a web page in relation to the entire site to discover the overall theme. It is a more sophisticated measure of what sites and their pages are all about. While it doesn't mean webmasters need to completely retool all of their keyword optimization efforts, it does mean depth needs to be a greater consideration.
The history behind latent semantic indexing is rather interesting. Google's current ranking system, which relies on incoming links (or votes) and keywords to scan pages for relevancy when surfers do searches has been known for penalizing perfectly good sites. The system was set up to scan for relevance and quality. In the process, it has a habit of knocking new sites and those which add too much content too quickly. Although some of these sites, naturally, are those that result from link farming and quick keyword stuffed content generators, not all are unplanned fabrications.
Google wanted a better way, and found one. Latent semantic indexing is meant to scan the overall theme of a site, so as not to penalize those sites that have fresh, relevant and good content even if they do happen to pop up over night.
This new focus puts an emphasis on quality and freshness of content to help sites gain higher ranking position. In essence, latent semantic indexing is meant to give a searcher the best possible site to meet their needs based on relevant keywords and comprehensive coverage and not just incoming links.
This system basically presents a more fair way to give search engine users the pages they really want. It does what Google has always tried to do – provide higher quality, more relevant results.
The old days of Google putting 80 percent of its emphasis on incoming links and 20 percent on the actual site itself are coming to an end. Incoming links will always have relevance, especially in regard to breaking search "ties," but they may not carry the same weight as before. This can make it a bit easier for those who work on their sites with an emphasis on quality to see real results.
What all of this means to web publishers is that those who have done and continue to do their jobs correctly will have a better chance of shining with latent semantic indexing. Those who keyword stuff, create nonsensical content and spend a lot of time using link farms likely will not.
The key to getting ahead in the new age of Google search falls on quality. Sites that provide useful and relevant information in regard to their content will be likely to do better on searches. Those that cut corners could find themselves at the bottom of the search totem pole.

If this were really to happen then chances are there would be a great many people standing up all at once. It would be an interesting sight. There are probably very few people who are not familiar with an Ebay service of some sort. It may be cars, collectibles, food or clothing. The reality is though, that Ebay has probably touched most of us in one way or another.
Ebay seems to tie the world together in some way or another. It may be the common idea of buying items we need or want or selling items that we no longer need or want. The sport of the auction draws us in. Are we Ebay addicts? Should the "E" word be banned from some conversations and with certain people? One thing is for sure though, chances are you know someone who shops there often.
Ebay shoppers love bargains. There is little doubt about that. The thrill of the auction and bidding against unseen competitors for that weird pepper grinder in the shape of a toilet seems to release endorphins throughout the body. As connected as we are today, it should come as no shock to learn that virtually everyone knows something about ebay auctions.
Ebay auctions are not just about whimsical items that would collect dust upon our shelves. There are many valuable and unique items found on it's many websites. Take for example a wedding dress. A new or slightly used wedding dress, currently in style, might range anywhere from $500 to $25,000.

One of life's lessons we learn early on is that "you get what you pay for". If you come across a new cell phone that would retail for hundreds of dollars and you win the auction for $25, it might be a scam. Pay attention to the little details of the ebay listings and it can save you in the long run.
Even though Ebay has policies in place to protect buyers and sellers, it ultimately falls on you, the consumer, to have some common sense regarding the use of an online auction site. If it seems too good to be true...it probably is. Shop around and see what the other auctions are offering. It could make the difference between a burlap dress and a wedding dress to swoon over.
As long as people are buying and selling, there will always be unscrupulous people that are out to make a quick dollar. Ebay is no exception and as the number of users climb, so too does the amount of scam artists. Hopefully common sense will kick in and tell you that you cannot get an iPhone for $20. But there will be auctions that claim just that. Don't be fooled. In the end you are responsible for what you buy and sell. You would not buy ocean front property in Arizona would you? Then use good judgment and in the end it will save you money and a huge headache.

A health spa resort could be just what the doctor ordered for those work-day blues. A health spa day or a health spa weekend can have you feeling rested, relaxed and ready to take on the world again. It does not have to cost a second mortgage and can even be the perfect family vacation or a romantic trip for you and your significant other.
If you have never been to a health spa resort, do not wait any longer. You can make it a health spa day or you can make it a health spa holiday, the choice is yours. It does not require a loan from the bank, though some are expensive, if you do some planning and research.
There are times in ever person's life when things can seem a little overwhelming. Wake up, go to work, return home from work, run errands, clean house and then go to sleep. The constant cycle can eventually wear us down. There is a way to escape the work doldrums. You can get away for a weekend to a health spa resort. Rest, relaxation and bliss can be yours and not empty the pockets.
A health spa resort is a great combination of a health or wellness spa and a resort. Instead of the concentration on activities that a typical resort might feature, a health spa resort will be more focused on relaxation. There are usually scheduled activities ranging from hiking to horse riding. The purpose is to prove a total environment for delicious food, relaxation and physical activities.
It is not uncommon to hear that a health spa resort is linked to a tropical destination. Who wouldn't want a relaxing weekend in Costa Rica? But there are many resorts found in the continental United States that can offer just as much fun, excitement and relaxation. Many are found in the most unlikely places. Perhaps a day spa San Diego destination suits your taste. Golf resorts also offer wonderful spas as well as the Aana resort spa.
The Caribbean has nice resorts but you do not need a passport to find a health spa resort that is affordable, luxurious and can be found in the continental United States. You can find a top notch resort in the most unlikely place such as a rural town in Tennessee. Or if the city is more your style you will find great day spas in all major cities. A great spa can be found anywhere and you will be surprised by how incredible the trip is.
The idea of being pampered in luxury on some foreign shore is nirvana. It would be nice to do that but often the reality is that either we cannot afford it, or do not have the time to travel that far. Do not begin to sweat because you think you'll never find a health spa resort locally. There are many great tourist towns all across the United States that offer wonderful spa services. Golf resorts are a great place to find excellent health spas as well as major cities.
A health spa resort does not have to be surrounded by water. Take for example Arizona golf resorts. There are resorts in Arizona that offer world class golfing as well as access to lakes and rivers. Just because you are not close to an ocean doesn't mean that you can not have a world class spa treatment. There are great resorts located in many places throughout the world from Boston day spas to resorts in the Smokey Mountains.
Whichever health spa resort you choose to visit, take your time to enjoy the rest and relaxation. Get out and explore the sights and sounds of that region. It might be in the Caribbean, close to your own backyard or in the sparkling lights of Las Vegas, Nevada. There is a health spa resort for everyone regardless of where they come from or where they are going.
Regardless of which health spa resort you choose to stay at, you should never make the mistake of packing your schedule too tightly. The object is rest and relaxation. The resort might offer days of activities but could leave you feeling more drained than when you arrived.
If you get lucky and go to that luxury health spa resort far away from home, on a tropical island surrounded by aquamarine waters, that is great. But even if you wind up close to home, the whole point is to have a good experience. Your goal is to come back feeling at ease and rested. Do not overdo it with activities, just sit back, relax and have a great time.
