A couple of days ago a member of the Power Blog introduced me to a new system that claims to put your website for any given keyword on top of at least 40 search engines, including Google, for free.
You can imagine how skeptical I was when I first heard about the claims of 1on40.com. During my time online I heard it all, but this seems to be the boldest of them all. Well, I finally signed on and went through the signup procedure. It is pretty extensive, but understandable. You are providing all the information to your website for 1on40.com to perform their magic.
This was 2 days ago and I don't know if it works or not. 1on40.com claims to propel your website to the top in 120 days for free. I am not sure how they will do it, but I can't wait to see the results.

We are excelling our own expectations and results.
Since Beta test began in August 2007, 98O clients have hit the number one result in Google and Yahoo for 5 keywords.

From today we are planning to pay out a revenue share from the bids on keywords to our loyal *partners/affiliates*. 1on40 have experienced some downtime over the last few days with problem 'Denial of Service' attacks and 'Hacks'. This activity is most definitely originating from the SEO industry as we have recently been voted the most hated company in the industry by the industry. Why? Because we are taking millions upon millions of GBP£/USD$ profit from the industry as a whole every month with our unique approach and revolutionary service. Other SEO's are going out of their way to make our lives hard, but do we care? No! We are here to serve you the public. Our clients and affiliates come first.
In the next few days we will be upgrading our security and servers to prevent such attacks. You will of course be notified when.
