You are correct the residual or as FCM calls it "Phase Two" part of the comp. plan is not active yet, although it's just around the corner and all of that is explained in detail on the site.
Anyway just think how your income will sky rocket when it does kick in with hundreds already in your downline many must be using those cards. Which by the way I'm one of them.
Yes a Win-Win situation for everybody.
