Just a little talk about AM-Notebook Lite - personal information manager software.
A few days ago in one of my blog posts I mentioned using a simple text editor. Have never been a big fan of those huge Word Processors offering too many features that seldom get used by the average person.
When it comes to creating and storing a few notes, links, and lists I prefer a much smaller program any day.
I believe that version 5 became available recently - March 2008 - (I am using version 4) Should be less than 3 MB in size. Once installed it puts an icon in my system tray. This makes it easy to run anytime I want to copy and paste some little note to myself or to update a list.
The title of each note is shown in a scrolling left-side frame and the work area allows multiple note tabs. I have used this nifty little tool for several years and enjoy it very much.
