I just got off the phone with PayPal and they confirmed that running a legit 2-tier affiliate program does not violate their policy. I suspended the 2-tier option after I read horror stories about PayPal terminating accounts. PayPal is cracking down on multi level pyramid schemes where PayPal is used to pay shares on several levels deep. The IMT affiliate program is a traditional affiliate program for electronic information products and PayPal has no problems with this. 

Effective immediately the 2-tier commissions are back!!!!

That means that you will get 15% commission on sales your sub affiliates make. 10% for membership sales.

Now you can recruit an army of sub affiliates and get paid whenever they make a sale.

Login to your affiliate account, click on links and then on affiliate signup. This is your link to register sub affiliates.

Soon there will be more options to advertise the affiliate program and its benefits.

Keep in mind that a sub affiliate sales of the Power Blog PRO membership will pay you $2 each and every month. Plus 15% commission on any other sale of your sub affiliates.
